Roy studied Architecture before being led astray by the glamour of computers.  He worked for 30 years for a Computer Aided Design software firm. Roy's Grandfather was a roofer, and taught him from a young age to love construction and architecture.   After moving to Florida to enjoy life, he worked as a production manager for local builders before deciding it was time to spread his wings and design and develop his own brand of homes.

Roy offers each client services for the design of custom home plans according to their vision of ideal.  Each design starts with an interview to understand the vision each client has for their future home.  No two clients are alike, and it is essential to understand the desires and needs of a client before recommending or launching a plan.  Having experience in building homes allows us to bring that expertise to use in designs.  Many designers will begin by showing you a  portfolio of work they have done, which can obscure your own dreams.  We prefer to start with your dream, and then work together to create a reality that you will love.  Each design is sent to a structural engineer for certification that construction requirements are met for your particular location.

Roy is also a licensed Realtor in the State of Florida so that he can assist clients to find the ideal building site for their dream home.
