Roy offers each client services for the design of plans according to their vision of ideal. No two clients are alike, and it is essential to understand the desires and needs of a client before recommending or launching a plan. That is why Roy starts every engagement with a thorough interview and questionnaire to truly understand the needs of his clients.

Roy’s Expertise
Roy is a Certified Residential Builder in the State of Florida, and uses that expertise to ensure each design will meet the rigorous building codes of the State of Florida, as well as local building codes. Roy is not, nor represents himself as a licensed architect in the State of Florida. He is accomplished at drafting, 3D drafting, and design, but uses the services of a structural engineer to seal all of the plans he creates for custom homes or remodels that require structural approvals.
Roy works with several other Builders and Realtors in the Pensacola area to assist their clients with designs, and is happy to sign a non compete agreement with other builders that would like to use his services.
Each design is sent to a structural engineer for certification that construction requirements are met for your particular location and according to Florida and Local Building Codes.
